Welcome to the ‘WinterBerry Cottage’ Stitch A Long
This Stitch A Long is taking place for 10 weeks on the Stitchdoodles blog – Starting Wednesday 15th February 2023 and finishing on Wednesday 19th April 2023.
Each Wednesday during the SAL – a new tutorial will be published on the blog with all the information you need to complete a part of the WinterBerry Cottage Pattern.

This week we are stitching a few different elements. Use 2 strands throughout unless stated otherwise…
The Lawn Area
You will need the following colours…
#936, #3021
This is nice and simple, just takes a bit of time…
#936: Stem Stitch the wider green area. #3021: Back stitch the smaller brown strip.
Decorative Foliage x 2
You will need the following colours…
#732, #154, #902
#732: Stitch individual chain stitch to fill each of the 3 leaves on each stem. 3-4 chain stitch fill 1 leaf.
Complete the remainder of the Foliage as follows…
Complete the second identical foliage in the same way.
Rabbit
You will need the following colours… #422, #3021, #3042
#422: Long & Short stitch the whole of the rabbit and then add the details afterwards.
As well as the details in the photo…
#3021: straight stitch a tiny nose and some specks on the body.
#3042: straight stitch inside each ear.
